RULES
THE LIST OF REGULATIONS IS HANDED OUT ON ARRIVAL AND DISPLAYED AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE CAMP-SITE. ON ENTERING THE SITE, VISITORS ARE COMMITTED TO ABIDE THE FOLLOWING RULES:
ART.1 – ADMITTANCE
a) Before being admitted to the camp-site, the visitor must first present proof of identity (passport, I.D.) at the reception, after which he will receive a pass to place in a visible position on the windscreen of his vehicle and to be returned to the reception on his departure.
b) The visitor should then check the registration details and inform the management of any discrepancy. He must also notify any change in the number of persons registered (arrival and/or departure of guests).
c) Any person attempting to enter the camp-site without being registered is liable for prosecution under Italian laws.
ART.2 – CONDITIONS OF STAY
a) No camper is allowed to change his alloted plot without first obtaining permission from the management.
b) It is strictly forbidden to place objects of any kind on unoccupied plots.
c) Reserved bookings must be paid for in full: no refund is made for temporary absence.
ART.3 – VISITORS
a) Visitors may be admitted free of charge for one hour on the condition that they leave proof of identity at the reception: for longer
stays a daily tariff is imposed
b) A registered camper receiving visitors must assume responsibility for their behaviour within the camp-site.
ART.4 – SWIMMING POOL
a) Timetable 9.30 – 13.00 ; 15.00 – 19.00
b) A swimming cap is compulsory; all ball games are forbidden.
ART.5 – VEHICLES
a) All cars must remain in the authorised parking area.
b) Vehicles may only have access to the camp plots on arrival or departure to unload and re-load equipment, luggage etc. (excluding the quiet hours of 13.00 – 15.00 and 20.00 – 08.00)
ART.6 – SILENCE
During the quiet hours (13.00 – 15.00 and 23.00 – 08.00) campers must avoid loud conversation and refrain from using radio and television or creating any noise that may disturb the peace and the quiet of the camp-site (including assembling and disassembling tent equipment)
ART.7 – CHILDREN
a) Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour: rowdiness must not infringe on the quiet and safety of the camp environment.
b) Children under 10 years must be accompanied at all times by parents or an authorised adult when using any of the camp-site facilities.
ART.8 – LIABILITY
a) Campers are responsible for the use of all sports equipment and leisure facilities.
b) The management declines all responsibility in the following cases:
- Natural disasters, illness, epidemics, damage caused by flora or fauna or any other causes not resulting from staff negligence.
c) Visitors failing to leave their rented accommodation clean and tidy will be liable for doubled cleaning charges.
ART. 9 – LOST PROPERTY
The management declines all responsibility for any items lost or stolen within the precincts of the campsite.
ART. 10 – TELEPHONE CALLS
No telephone call will be passed to the visitors. The use of loud-speakers is strictly reserved to the management.
ART. 11 – DOGS
A veterinary certificate must be produced on arrival; dogs must be kept on a lead and a muzzle must be worn. Foulling within the precincts is strictly forbidden: owners must therefore accompany their dogs outside the camp-site area and will be held responsible for any sort of damage caused.
ART. 12 – “ STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ” rulings:
a) to dispose a waste outside the authorised refuse containers area,
b) to dig ditches or small trenches around the tent,
c) to erect fencing of any sort,
d) to damage vegetation,
e) to light fires outside the authorised barbecue,
f) to throw or pour any litter (solid or liquid) on/to the ground,
g) to waste water or use it for unauthorised purposes,
h) to wash cars,
i) to leave litter on the camp plot at time of departure.
ART. 13 – DAMAGE TO VEHICLES
The management declines all responsibility for any damage to people or vehicles while circulating within the complex, while parked on the plots or in the parking area.
ART. 14 – DAMAGES
Damages must be paid in full for non-observance of the regulations or for any material damage to camp-site property or equipment.
ART. 15 – SUMMARY EXPULSION
The management reserves the right to expel on the spot any person who has failed to abide by the regulations or whose behaviour is deemed harmful or disturbing.
